Mount Vernon Hotel 1-800-245-5256 24 West Franklin Street Baltimore, MD 21201 Low-budget hotel in Mount Vernon. Best location as it is near the bars and still affordable down town. But I think it’s a shit hole. They have their own parking, I think.

There will be secure indoor scooter parking available at a warehouse nearby for anyone that has paid their rally fee.
